Privapanda privacy policy

The short version: what you check with Privapanda stays on your device. Your data exports and your chats never reach us. This website keeps your email only if you give it to us, and counts visits without knowing who you are. No cookies, no ads, no tracking.
Privapanda Mirror
The Mirror reads the data export you drop into it inside your browser, and nothing from it is uploaded: not the files, not the results. The report and the share card are made on your device and go nowhere unless you save or share them yourself.
Privapanda AI Guard
Guard, the browser extension, has its own policy: Guard privacy policy. In short, it checks what you send to AI chatbots on your device and sends nothing to us.
What this website keeps
- The waitlist: if you join it, your email address and the day you joined.
- Guard for teams: if you send the early-access form, what you typed into it (your work email, company, type of business, number of seats, the AI tools you use and your note) and the day you sent it.
- Anonymous counts: how many times a day a few fixed things happen on the Mirror, such as a visit, files added, a report shown or a card saved. Only the event's name and the day's total are kept. Never anything from your files, and nothing that identifies you or your device.
Your IP address is used only to stop one address flooding the forms: it's kept in the server's memory for that, never written down. We use no cookies, no analytics service, no advertising and no third-party scripts.
Mirror Pro
If you buy Mirror Pro, payment happens on Stripe's checkout page. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy; we never see them. We receive the checkout reference once, to make your licence key, which is then checked on your own device.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and stores the lists above for us. Cloudflare processes requests under its own privacy policy. We don't sell or share your email with anyone.
Removing your details
Email hey@privapanda.app from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it from the waitlist or the teams list.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
